Meet the MAAHMG New Staff Member

Sabrina Ford, Youth Program Specialist

Sabrina Ford is an artist and organizer born and raised in the Twin Cities. With a practice centered around media representation and film literacy for young Black women, she is the co-founder of the local film collective O-22 and a current resident at Public Functionary. In her free time, she loves watching bad movies, cooking for her friends, and collecting new books while she’s still in the middle of five other ones.

At the Minnesota African American Heritage Museum and Gallery (MAAHMG), Sabrina will plan and implement youth programming including the Children’s Reading Circle, Youth Curator Program, Youth art workshops, Visionary Voices Program and many more. Stop by the museum and say hi to Sabrina!
