Marlee James is a therapist and founder of Reviving Roots Therapy & Wellness. Her practice focuses on the idea that people in marginalized communities need to thrive instead of just survive. Therapy is her activism and she believes the more we can grow, the more we can help our communities grow and break these systems of oppression that have harmed us. She creates a space for growth and healing.
Clarence Jones is the Outreach Director for Hue-MAN which works to address health issues among men of color. He has 25 years experience in youth development community projects, facilitates cultural diversity training, adjunct professor in public health, and hosts a “Community Health Dialogues” segment on KMOJ radio.
Phillip McGraw is a Twin Cities filmmaker who focuses on community, healing and justice. He is the executive director of V-Fest, a festival that promotes a healthy Black life through addressing health disparities such as heart disease, hypertension, infant mortality and chronic race-related stress, and sharing food, fitness and creative healing and holistic methods and rituals.
Natalie Walters is a life coach and Thinking Into Results Facilitator who focuses on personal and professional development and leadership programs.
