Author Timi Bliss read from her latest book “In Search of the Gingerbread Man” which features the tale of Charlie’s visit to the Salty Tart bakery to bake gingerbread man cookies with critically-acclaimed and award-winning pastry Chef Michelle Gayer. The book includes a gingerbread cookie recipe by Chef Gayer.-
